How to Login & Recover / Change your Password?
How to Log In
  • Have the E-mail address you used and the password you created while setting up your account ready.
  • Click the top right “Login” button.
  • Enter your email address and password, then click “Login”.
    • a. If your account was set up by a colleague, please reach out to them for your login details.
    • b. If your account was created by the organizer or if you're unsure which email address you used, please contact the organizer for assistance.
How to Recover Your Password
  • If you forgot your password click the top right “Login” button and then click on "Recover Password"..
  • In the provided field, enter the email address you used to create your account and click “Request OTP”.
  • Enter the E-mail adress and the password and click “Login”.
  • "OTP" is a one time password that will be sent to the email address which you were registered with.
  • If you forgot which mail address you used to register, please contact the event organizer.
How to Change YOur Password
  • Use your account email address and the OTP that you recieved by email.
  • Then enter the new password and click on Reset Password.
How can I edit my profile

How can I Edit My Profile
  • After the registration is completed you can still make changes to your profile anytime in the platform.
  • Click the profile section on the left-sidebar of your screen. You will get to an overview of your profiles.
  • You will be able to view both your personal and company profiles. To make changes, simply click the Edit buttons next to each profile.
    • - If you are the admin of your company, you will also see the "Add Organization User" button on your company profile.
    • - Fill in the required user fields and click on the "Add Delegate" button.
How can I change the platform language?

Currently, the platform is only available in English. However, before the event begins, you will also be able to access it in French.

How can I change my timezone?

The time zone for scheduled meetings is based on the location of the event.

How to Submit Help Request to Your Event Organizer
Submitting Help Request
  • At the bottom of any page on your proifile you can see the "support" button.
  • After clicking on it complete the Help Request Form, as prompted.
    • Specify Type of Request from the pull-down menu (Technical Request, Organizational Request etc).
    • Enter Subject Line of message.
    • Type in brief message to event organizer in the "Describe Issue" text box
  • An email will be sent to the support center and you will get the answer to your Help Request on your email address.

How to View/Manage Personal Event Schedule
  • From the left-side menu on your Dashboard, click "My Agenda" to view your personal event schedule. This will include general sessions, pre-registered workshops, and scheduled meetings, among other events.
  • At the top of the page, you will find the "Download Schedule" button, which allows you to download your agenda as a PDF file.
  • The "Subscribe to Calendar" button lets you choose an application to subscribe to the iCal feed for your schedule.
How to View/Manage meeting requests
  • On the top right of the page, you'll see the event days along with their available time slots. Click on any time slot to view your schedule for that day.
  • All available time slots for meetings will appear on your "My Agenda" page. You can block a time slot to prevent meeting requests from being scheduled during that time.
  • You can cancel meetings and download meeting details using the buttons next to the "Details/Availability" column.

How to View Program Sessions
  • Log in to the event platform using your login credentials, as registered in the system (email address and password).
  • From the Dashboard left-side menu, click Program to open event Program displaying the overall schedule-of-events, including all available general sessions and functions.
  • On the Program page, you can view and filter sessions in various ways.
How to Register/Cancel Program Session
  • Some program sessions may require pre-registration. To register for a session, click "Program" from the Dashboard menu, then click "Register" next to the session you're interested in.
  • To cancel your registration for a session, click "Cancel Registration" next to the session on the Program page. Once cancelled, the session will be automatically removed from "My Agenda".
  • To view more details about a program session, click the "Show More" button under the session's short description.

  • Open a browser on your mobile device (we recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) and enter the event URL.
  • Click the "Hamburger Menu" (the three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner to reveal the menu options.
  • Click "Register" to sign up for the platform, or "Login" if you're already registered.
How to check your profile and Logout from the platform
  • Click the "Hamburger Menu" (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner to open the dashboard menu. From here, you can navigate to the section you wish to access.
  • Click on your profile picture on the top left of your screen. If you want to view your profile, click on the "My Profile" button. If you want to log out click the "Sign Out button"
How to go back to the Home Page Dashboard
  • After you clik "Login", you will be taken to the mobile version of the platform Dashboard (homepage).
  • Click on the upper right “hamburger” menu button (three horizontal lines), to display dashboard menu options and you can navigate to the view you wish.

How to Send a Message to an Attendee
  • rom the left-side menu on the Dashboard, click on the "Attendees" button to view the list of all event attendees.
  • Next to each attendee's name, you will see an option to send them a message. Once you message them, they will be automatically added to your Contacts List.
How to Add an Attendee to Your Contacts List
  • From the left-side menu on the Dashboard, click on "Contacts" to view your contacts list or add a new contact.
  • To add a new contact, locate the company and participant you want to save, then click "Save" next to their name.
  • Once saved, the contact will appear in your contacts list on the left side of the "Contacts" dashboard. You can now click "Send Message" to start a chat with them.

  • From the left-side menu on the Dashboard, click "Messages" to view your recent messages.
  • In the mailbox next to your profile picture, you will find unread messages that are awaiting your reply.
  • On the left side, you can see a list of your recent message contacts.

  • Log in to the event platform using your login credentials, as registered in the system (email address and password).
  • From the left-side menu on the Dashboard, click "Attendees" to view the list of attendees.
  • Next to the corporate name, you will see a [⭐] icon. Click on it to add the company to your Bookmark List.
How to View Bookmarked Attendees
  • To view your bookmarked attendees, click "Bookmarks" from the left-side menu on the Dashboard.
  • To remove an attendee from your bookmarks, simply click the [⭐] icon next to the corporate name. The company will be automatically removed from your bookmarks list.

  • Scroll to find the attendee you'd like to request a meeting with, then click "Request a Meeting".
  • Complete the Meeting Request Form and click the "Send Request" button. To view and manage your submitted requests, click "Meeting Requests" from the Dashboard menu.

  • Simply click on the notification, or navigate to meeting requests by clicking on "Meeting Requests" on the left-side menu.
